Trip Report/Photos from Bobcat

Featured Photo

It was perfect day yesterday to complete the "Presidential Traverse" with warm sun, light winds, and no bugs! Definitely the hardest day hike I have ever done- 19 miles of rock hopping with a 8300 foot elevation gain. Started up Valley Way trail at 4AM and finished at 9PM at Crawford Notch submitting Madison, Adams, Jefferson, Clay, Washington, Monroe, Franklin, Eisenhower, and Pierce. Trails were busy with lots of AT thru-hikers and others doing this Traverse.

Hey Bob. You are the GO Man! Happy to see you had the good sense to turn around on your first attempt, wait for better weather, and came back alive!
